Higher speed weaving machines need healds to withstand tremendous stress, vibration and abrasion. The selection of the appropriate healds for any application is crucial to achieve high productivity, efficiency and optimal fabric quality.

For meeting your requirement of high quality standard and matching every warp thread material, SEPSON heald wires are made from high-value carbon steel in nickel plated or stainless steel. The friction between healds and thread is reduced to a minimum by a special treatment to its surface and thread eye.

Depending on the warp densities in your weaving mill, you may wish to use a double row of thread eyes for high densities or a single row of thread eyes for lower warp densities. Please consult our specification tables for more information. There, we will help you to determine the correct heald for your specific application.
